Warehouse Team Leader - Manufacturing Facility (Hull)

Shift Pattern: Rotating 3-shift system (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am)

Location: Hull

Salary: Competitive + Shift Allowance

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our client's dynamic manufacturing operation in Hull. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing a team of warehouse operatives, including order pickers and FLT drivers, across a rotating shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing warehouse team to meet operational targets.
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities including order picking, goods in/out, and stock movements.
  • Ensure accurate stock control and inventory management using internal systems.
  • Coordinate deliveries and liaise with transport and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety and ensure compliance with site procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong people management and coaching skills.
  • In-date mechanical handling equipment licences (e.g., Counterbalance, Reach) preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Flexible to work across a rotating shift pattern.
