Role: Warehouse Team Leader

Location: Doncaster

Salary: £29300

Shift: Monday to Friday 14:00 - 22:00

An opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a high-performing, fast-paced operation. You'll take ownership of day-to-day warehouse performance, leading and developing a team of Operatives and Trainee Supervisors to meet safety, productivity, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams through structured 1:1s, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
  • Drive operational efficiency to meet customer web and store demand on time and in full.
  • Ensure full compliance with all H&S routines, audits, and risk assessments, promoting a strong safety culture.
  • Monitor labour planning and resource levels, highlighting issues and recommending solutions.
  • Track KPIs and create recovery plans when targets are missed.
  • Work closely with Shift Managers and wider leadership teams to deliver continuous improvement and culture change initiatives.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven background within a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain environment.
  • Strong people-management capability with the ability to coach, influence, and motivate.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse systems and performance metrics.
