Job description

Abatec is looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join client in the Clevedon/Yatton area, reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all warehouse functions across the business and playing a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement.

Pay rate: £14.19 - £15.66 per hour

Temp to Perm after 12 weeks

Monday to Friday 2pm - 10pm shift.

Responsibilities

• Active role involving Combi Forklift and Crane operations.
• Managing and developing the team
• Achieve KPI's, ensuring all targets are met.
• Maintaining Health and Safety Standards.

Required Skills

• Must hold either a Counter Balance, Forklift or Reach truck licence (must be an external licence). Will be trained on Combi.
• Previous Warehouse experience
• Previous Experience in managing a team.
• Strong Communication skills
• Self-motivated and Proactive
