Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc in Bracknell is hiring a Warehouse Team Leader to own the day-to-day operation of a busy warehouse department, with a Monday to Friday 13:30–22:00 shift.

You will lead, coach and develop a team, ensure safety, quality and customer service, and drive continuous improvement across the operation.

The role offers a salary up to £36,200 per year plus a comprehensive benefits package including a pension, private medical and dental insurance.

Due to continued growth we're looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Google/Pandora site in Bracknell to take ownership of the day-to-day operation of a busy warehouse department. You'll play a key role in leading, developing and inspiring a team, ensuring operational targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships and continuously driving improvement across the operation.

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday from 13:30 to 22:00.
