Requirements:

• We require a team leader to work at a 60,000 sq. ft warehouse environment in Ashby De-La Zouch
• The role will be to handle/book in inbound products, dispatches of our finished gaming machines and our spare parts orders for customers/internal Engineers. The team leader will be responsible for 6 team members on a day-to-day basis, allocating tasks as required.
• They operate both reach and counterbalance forklift trucks on site, so any experience with these would be an advantage.
• Training will be provided, which will offer a good springboard into the role.

Responsibilities (As an Interim Warehouse Team Leader):

• Leading and working with the warehouse team to ensure all Outbound orders are picked, packed and completed on time.
• Dispatching and receipting items using our systems Thinventory, Microsoft Dynamics and DHL
• Co-ordinating customer (RMA) returns, receiving in and arranging the delivery of repaired products back to customers.
• Maintain accuracy of stock by completing Cyclic Stock counting
• Maintain good housekeeping levels
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
• Be the point of call for the warehouse team
