Overview

Are you a warehouse professional who is ready to make your next career move? Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading logistics and distribution business who are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Lead to support the smooth running of daily operations and ensure a best-in-class service for their customers.

As the Warehouse Team Lead, you will support the Warehouse Manager in day-to-day activities and actively participate in all aspects of warehouse operations from manual handling, order picking, unloading deliveries, truck loading, to printing customer invoices.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and allocate daily workloads to ensure operational efficiency and on-time delivery.
  • Monitor goods-in and goods-out processes through the WMS, ensuring accuracy, organisation, and high service standards.
  • Oversee picking and checking activities to ensure all branch and customer orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.
  • Contribute to the training, development, and engagement of warehouse and transport staff.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider site management team to achieve operational goals.
  • Champion and enforce company Health & Safety protocols to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
What We're Looking For
