Warehouse Systems Specialist Location : Stafford Salary : Competitive Contract Type : Full-time, Permanent Shift Pattern : Regular shifts, outside usual office hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends to support a 24 / 7 operation About the Role We are seeking a Warehouse Systems Specialist to join our team at the Stafford site. This is a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimisation of our warehouse execution systems, enabling seamless communication between the Warehouse Management System (WMS), Warehouse Control System (WCS), equipment.You will act as the first point of contact for WMS and WES-related issues, working closely with internal teams, system suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve incidents, identify improvements, and support ongoing system enhancements. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot WES, WMS, and WCS systems and message flows
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues across GTP, Ship Sorters, and Pack Benches
  • Act as the on-site systems lead for high-severity (P1) issues, ensuring swift resolution
  • Provide real-time technical support during shifts, including weekends and nights
  • Work with SCADA systems and WES dashboards to ensure continuous performance
