Job summary

Evri is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Medway operation. This hands-on role focuses on keeping the warehouse running safely, efficiently and on time, with leadership over the shift and team performance.

You will oversee parcel flow, performance against KPIs, and ensure safety and accuracy in daily operations within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a comparable or acting supervisory role.
• Good knowledge of resource management and deployment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to give, receive and implement operational information and instructions.
• Good IT skills.
• A strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
• The confidence to work effectively in a fast-moving, physically active environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile warehouse activity, including deliveries and Holdbay.
• Coordinate bulk and return deliveries across C&D and LGV fleets.
• Support bulk collection customer planning.
• Support compliance with LGV transport rules and regulations.
• Deploy resources effectively to meet daily requirements.
• Monitor performance and ensure KPI targets are met or exceeded.
• Maintain high safety, accuracy, and operational standards.

We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our busy Medway operation. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in keeping our warehouse running safely, efficiently and on time.

Working in a fast-paced parcel environment, you’ll lead and deploy your team effectively, keep the operation moving and ensure parcels make their way through the network exactly as they should.

What you’ll be doing

As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient flow of parcels through your area of the operation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and reconciling warehouse activity, including deliveries and Holdbay
• Coordinating bulk and return deliveries across C&D and LGV fleets
• Supporting bulk collection customer planning
• Supporting compliance with LGV transport rules and regulations
• Deploying operational resources effectively to meet daily requirements
• Monitoring performance and ensuring KPI targets are achieved or exceeded
• Maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy and operational efficiency
• Attending relevant training and personal development courses

What we’re looking for

You’ll be comfortable leading from the front in a busy warehouse environment and making sure your team knows what’s expected throughout the shift.

Ideally, you’ll bring:
