Job summary

GotPeople is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor / FLT driver to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, picking, packing and stock control. The role requires a valid forklift licence, strong organisational skills and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

The position is temporary-to-permanent with hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and occasional extra hours to meet demand. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations with supervisory responsibilities.
• Valid Forklift Truck licence.
• Strong understanding of warehouse procedures, stock control and goods in/out processes.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication across departments.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming stock.
• Maintain accurate stock records and stock movements.
• Oversee picking and packing processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure safe loading/unloading of vehicles and smooth stock flow.
• Maintain Health & Safety compliance and company policies.
