Warehouse Supervisor

Day Shift (Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm - 40 hour week)

Salary: £15.00 per hour

Temporary to permanent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy, multi-user warehouse operation. The role will focus on managing day-to-day operations for key customers, ensuring performance, accuracy, and service excellence at all times.

This is a hands‑on supervisory position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced logistics environment and enjoys leading a small, dedicated team to achieve daily operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a small team of warehouse operatives
  • Oversee all aspects of goods in/out, order processing, and stock control.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the customer, maintaining strong communication and managing expectations.
  • Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and system updates.
  • Provide support to the wider warehouse operation as required.
