Warehouse Supervisor | Winchester Area | Full Time | Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm | £28,000 - £30,000 (DOE) + Overtime

Our client is a trusted name in the trailer and towing industry, providing high‑quality products and services to customers nationwide. They’re seeking a proactive and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join their team and play a key role in keeping the busy warehouse running smoothly.

As the Warehouse Supervisor you will lead a small, close‑knit team of 2‑4 operatives and take ownership of the day‑to‑day running of the warehouse. You’ll ensure every order is picked, packed and dispatched on time and to the highest standard, while also helping to improve processes, safety and efficiency.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse or Team Leader ready to step up into a supervisory role, or an experienced Warehouse Supervisor looking for your next challenge.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, or a Team Leader ready to step up
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to lead by example
• Hands‑on approach with a willingness to get involved
• Good level of English and Maths (formal GCSEs not essential)
• Bonus skills (not essential): FLT Counterbalance licence, Health & Safety knowledge, WMS Warewolf experience, NVQs in Warehousing/Storage/Logistics, fire safety knowledge

What will your role look like?

• Supervising and motivating a small team of 2-4 warehouse operatives
• Overseeing daily operations, including goods in, picking, packing and dispatch
• Supporting the Warehouse Manager in planning workloads and meeting deadlines
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety, housekeeping and compliance
• Assisting with training, coaching and developing the warehouse team
• Operating within the company's Warehouse Management System (WMS)
