Essential Job Functions

• Accountable for productivity, supervision and discipline of employees.
• Train and advise employees on job specific duties.
• Assist and support management team with strategic planning of the operation and new business.
• Show initiative and make suggestions for process improvements.
• Effective communication with clients, vendors and employees.
• Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
• Maintains harmony among workers and resolves issues.
• Completes performance appraisals on direct reports semi-annually and provides on-going feedback on work performance.
• Advises and enforces Health and Safety, customs and trade compliance.
• Ensure the operation achieves internal and client KPI’s.
• Other duties as assigned.
