Job description

This role is key to ensuring our warehouse runs safely, efficiently, and with a focus on great customer service. You will lead and support a team of operatives to deliver products on time and in full, working closely with transport and office teams to keep operations smooth and performance on track.

Role Responsibilities

• Providing skills required to deliver to our customers on time and in full
• Providing a high quality service to suit customers' needs
• Working closely with the transport and office teams to ensure a smooth running of operations and meeting overall site objectives
• Supervising a team of operatives on the late shift
• Holding health and safety at the forefront of all warehouse procedures to maintain a safe working environment at all times
• Check for picking accuracy and breakages with investigations where necessary
• IT Literate with experience using Microsoft Office and SAP
• Experience managing or supervising a warehouse team
• Experience working in a warehouse for an FMCG
• FLT licence (desirable) and experience (essential)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week. Late shift from 2pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday. Flexibility to work outside of these hours and to cover other shifts to suit business needs.
