Job summary

Solvit Recruitment is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join a established parcel company on a permanent night shift role in the East Midlands. You will oversee around 30 staff from warehouse to HGV drivers, leading by example and ensuring smooth operations.

The role includes FLT loading/unloading assistance, enforcing health and safety, and supervising daily warehouse activities. Hours are Monday to Friday nights, 40 hours per week, with a £32,600 annual salary including a £1,200 bonus and

Warehouse Supervisor.

Night Shift.

Permanent Position.

Solvit Recruitment are looking for a Warehouse supervisor.

You will be working for an established parcel company who specialises in next day Parcel and Pallet.

What we are looking for.

You will have experience as a Warehouse supervisor as you will be managing around 30 staff from warehouse through to HGV drivers, you will lead by example and lead from the front, you will assist with FLT loading and unloading when necessary and movement of vans when needed.

You will have strong leadership and people skills.

You will make sure everything is running smoothly and adhering to all health and safety, supervising the warehouse operations.

Monday to Friday Nights;

Monday 04:30 - 13:00 and Tuesday to Friday 02:30 - 11:00.

40 Hours per week.

Yearly from £32,600 which includes £1200 yearly bonus.
