Contract: Full-time, permanent

We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join us, leading our warehouse team to deliver a safe, efficient, and customer-focused stock delivery service. You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of health and safety, accuracy, and productivity while motivating your team to perform at their best.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading, supervising and developing your team, ensuring health, safety and welfare at all times.
• Overseeing stock management, including allocation, transfers, cycle counts and stock takes.
• Maintaining product quality and service standards for both internal and external customers.
• Creating a culture of continuous improvement, coaching and motivating your team to achieve KPIs.
• Reviewing workload and planning shifts to ensure resources and capability meet demand.
• Developing and monitoring KPIs, and implementing action plans where required.
• Managing housekeeping standards and ensuring contractor safety on site.
• Taking responsibility for monthly timesheets, toolbox talks, team meetings and QESH meetings.
• Managing remote delivery points and supporting with operational improvements.
