Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Coalville
Shift: Monday to Friday

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will:
  • Be the driving force behind our warehouse and transport operations. Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, you will manage resources, oversee planning and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Leading and supervising warehouse activities to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Producing and presenting KPIs for your business area and present them to the General Manager.
  • Attending customer reviews and ensuring all service levels and KPIs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintaining control of client products using our Warehouse Management System, ensuring accuracy and OTIF order processing.
  • Supporting the team with paperwork and operational tasks when needed.
  • Conducting regular one-to-ones and annual PDRs to develop and motivate your team.
  • Ensuring legal compliance across all site operations.
  • Implementing policies and procedures to maintain high standards.
  • Driving operational improvements and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Championing health and safety and HACCP standards at all times.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to influence, innovate, and make a real difference every day.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in warehouse, transport and logistics operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • A solid understanding of legal compliance and industry standards.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams.
  • A track record of successful change management and starting up new contracts.
  • Strong customer relationship management experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • IT literacy, including MS Office, and strong analytical ability to review data and reports.
