Warehouse & Shipping Supervisor

Location: Camberley, Surrey

Salary: £35,000

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse & Shipping Supervisor to oversee the store's function and manage import/export compliance for EMEA shipments. The successful candidate will supervise a part-time stores person, liaise with couriers and internal teams, and ensure adherence to ISO and customs regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day stores operations and supervise one part-time team member
  • Liaise with couriers and internal teams for import/export documentation and queries
  • Maintain accurate HTS codes and monitor duty percentage changes
  • Ensure compliance with EMEA import/export regulations
  • Book in and key out stock for UK and Netherlands offices
  • Track and chase shipments, reconcile reports, and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate quarterly stock takes and financial year-end audits
  • Maintain warehouse facilities and ensure ISO procedures are followed
  • Handle ad hoc logistics and inventory tasks
Requirements
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations and HTS codes (preferred)
  • Experience with inventory management and stock control
  • Computer literacy; IBM or SAP experience is a plus
  • Ability to perform some heavy lifting
  • Availability for year‑end stock take on 31st December
