An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy and growing logistics operation. This is a key role within a modern, fast-paced warehouse for a tech-driven company with a strong reputation for innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily running of picking, packing, and shipping operations alongside team and shipping leads.
• Manage and motivate a team of around 12 warehouse operatives.
• Take key holder responsibility, opening and locking up the site for each shift.
• Plan and allocate shifts, responding quickly and effectively to operational changes.
• Liaise with third-party couriers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain operational standards, ensuring accuracy, quality, and safety at all times.
• Communicate effectively at all levels of the business – from shop floor to senior management.
• Proactively identify and resolve workflow issues before they impact productivity.
• Minimum 5 years of Team Leader or Supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team to achieve performance targets.
• Trustworthy and reliable, with previous key holder experience (or suitable to be trained as one).
• Strong organisational and planning skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience working with third-party couriers and delivery processes.
• Good IT skills, comfortable using warehouse management or stock control systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Additional Information:

• This role operates on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, working 08:00 to 20:00 (12-hour shifts).
• This is a 12-week temp to perm position – successful candidates will have the opportunity to move into a permanent role after the initial period.
• You will be expected to take ownership of your shift and lead by example.
• This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Team Leader ready to take the next step into full supervision.
