  • Experience in a similar store / warehouse role.
  • Valid forklift licence is essential.
  • Understanding of stock control and dispatch procedures.
  • Experience in production or assembly work is a bonus.
  • Basic computer literacy and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, store, issue, and dispatch materials as per procedures.
  • Maintain stock accuracy through stocktakes and inventory management.
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
  • Deliver raw materials to production and assist with tasks.
  • Prepare and package products for dispatch.

About the Role

This is a dual-role position covering both Store and Operations, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for both efficient stores operations and supporting production activities, playing a vital role in ensuring materials flow smoothly and production targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, store, issue, and dispatch materials in line with company procedures
  • Maintain stock accuracy through regular stocktakes and inventory management
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
  • Deliver raw materials to production and assist with basic assembly or machinery tasks
  • Prepare and package products for on-time dispatch
  • Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and quality control
  • Identify and report any quality or stock issues proactively
Skills and Experience
  • Experience in a similar store / warehouse role
  • Valid forklift licence (essential)
  • An understanding of stock control, receiving, and dispatch procedures
  • Experience in production or assembly work (a bonus!)
  • Basic computer literacy and attention to detail
  • A strong work ethic, teamwork skills, and a safety-first mindset
