Job summary

Pertemps Bond is hiring a Warehouse Operative focused on stock management in Hinckley. This temporary role offers an immediate start and potential to go permanent for the right person. You will manage stock, pick/pack orders and support daily warehouse operations in a collaborative team.

The position requires reliability, punctuality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be organised and able to track stock
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual
• Comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse

• Able to work independently and use initiative
• Previous warehouse or stock-management experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic counts

Responsibilities

• Managing, organising and maintaining stock within the warehouse
• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
• Keeping stock areas organised and easy to locate
• Supporting the Operations Team with day-to-day warehouse needs
• Helping colleagues locate stock and materials
• Checking and moving stock as required
• Maintaining a clean, safe working environment
• Assisting with general warehouse duties when needed
