TJDC in London is seeking a reliable Warehouse Stock Auditor / Forklift Driver to support a 3-6 month, on-site contract as we prepare to launch a new Warehouse Management System (WMS).

You will physically check pallets, verify inventory, and update locations to ensure accuracy for the WMS launch. The role requires forklift experience, stock auditing, and comfort with handheld scanners and spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Practical forklift experience in a warehouse setting.

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• Familiar with handheld scanners or basic computer systems.
• UK-based and able to work on-site in London.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely to access pallets within warehouse racking.
• Physically check pallet tags, product codes, quantities, and stock conditions.
• Record and update accurate pallet locations (aisle, bay, racking level).
• Use handheld barcode scanners and simple spreadsheets to log audit data.
• Spot misplaced or unlabelled stock and report any discrepancies.
• Work independently and manage daily audit targets with minimal supervision.

About the Role

We are preparing to launch a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) and are looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Stock Auditor / Forklift Driver to help us carry out a pre-implementation stock audit.

This is a temporary 3-6 month contract based on-site at our London warehouse. You will be responsible for physically checking pallets, verifying inventory, and updating locations to ensure everything is accurate and ready for our WMS launch.
