Job summary

Middlesborough based, RAS Supply Chain Integrity is seeking a hands-on stock auditor to physically check pallets, cages and loads at a customer distribution centre. You will compare paperwork to deliveries, record results and escalate issues while meeting daily targets with precision.

The role requires warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and good communication. 37.5 hours/week, 8-hour shifts, 06:00–22:00, with overtime and benets available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment (stock control, checking, audit, picking, dispatch, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and confidence with basic calculations.
• Ability to work to targets while maintaining high standards.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be aged 18+.
• Full-time, site-based role at the customer's distribution centre.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical audits of pallets, cages, and trailer loads.
• Check outbound loads against driver paperwork and delivery requests.
• Verify inbound deliveries and report discrepancies.
• Record audit outcomes clearly and accurately.
• Escalate stock errors or mismatches quickly and professionally.
• Work to daily targets and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement by spotting recurring issues.
• Follow site safety procedures in a fast-paced mixed environment.
• Maintain accuracy, reliability, and consistency in all audits.
