Warehouse & Site Operations Manager – Join the DBL Logistics Team!

DBL Logistics is a local, family-owned transport company dedicated to providing top-quality pallet delivery services. We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Site Operations Manager to oversee warehouse operations, site logistics, and FLT management, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient daily operations.

This is a hands-on role, where you’ll be actively involved in the day-to-day running of the warehouse, managing goods in & out procedures, optimizing FLT coverage, and ensuring our Warehouse Management System (WMS) is used effectively. You’ll also have overall responsibility for site operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency across the business.

Responsibilities

• Actively managing and supporting a team of FLT drivers, ensuring optimal coverage throughout the day
• Overseeing goods in & out procedures, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth workflow
• Managing the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to maintain stock accuracy and streamline operations
• Taking charge of all site operations, ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient working environment
• Leading from the front, being physically involved in warehouse activities when required
