A prominent recruitment agency is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager for nights to oversee warehouse operations at their facility in Waltham Abbey. The role involves managing workflows, KPIs, and ensuring health & safety compliance. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with a minimum of 5 years' experience in high-service level warehouses. Competitive salary up to £40,000 depending on experience, with full-time hours.

Job Type: Full-time, Sunday to Thursday 20.30 - 06:00 - 42.5 hrs per week (1 hour Lunch)

To ensure that all warehouse operations are performed on time and within budget. Through the allocation of heads to tasks, to meet the needs of the operation, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient receipt, storage and despatch of goods, stock management as well as Health & Safety compliance. All operations should be performed within company guidelines. To lead the team to complete full and timely pick, pack and dispatch functions in-line with the company KPI's.
This role will report directly to the Warehouse Manager.
To be responsible for your own health and safety and that of your colleagues, in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act (1974) and relevant legislation, including reporting any health and safety hazard immediately you become aware of it.
To work in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations and Data Protection Act 2018.
