About The Role

Do you have experience in managing teams in a Warehouse environment? Are you looking for your next step in your career?


Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, we are looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager to lead one of our day shift teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure safety compliance, and support HR functions within the warehouse.



Key Responsibilities


  • Supervise and manage warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory control

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast moving environment

  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations

  • Oversee HR functions, including attendance, disciplinary etc.

  • Conduct team briefings, resolve issues, and provide coaching and feedback to enhance productivity

  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new warehouse staff



About You

Previous Experience Required


  • Minimum 2 years warehouse experience, ideally in fresh produce

  • Experience in a high-volume, retail supply environment

  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations

  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills

  • HR experience, including managing attendance, recruitment and supporting team development
