Warehouse Shift Manager - Wisbech - Attractive salary

ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a Warehouse Shift Manager with immediate effect for our client who leads their market nationally and are based in Wisbech.

We are looking to recruit x2 positions - a 6-2 Shift Manager and also a 2-10 Shift Manager.

Warehouse Shift Manager

Effective management and supervision of the Operation including distribution of workload for all warehouse operatives and FLT drivers including agency labour. You will have the ability to function well as part of a team. You must have very effective organisational and communication skills.

Skills:

Minimum of 3 years' experience of working within a warehouse environment in a management position

Be confident and approachable with the ability to challenge at the appropriate level

Must be able to work as required in either an office or warehouse environment

Professional in appearance

Strong Leadership and management skills with the ability to delegate and supervise individuals

Diligent when completing any task and pay great attention to detail

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment with a flexible and adaptable approach

Excellent communication skills with the ability to pitch this effectively and appropriately to both internal and external stakeholders

Highly organised, self-sufficient and able to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines

Must have own transport and full UK driving licence and own transportation to work

Highly IT competent with at least one years experience of working with Warehouse Management systems
