Are you an engaging, hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced Logistics environment? We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to join a dynamic logistics business, leading one of the warehouse shift teams to deliver outstanding service and performance for customers.

The Role

You'll take ownership of a warehouse shift operation, driving performance, safety and engagement across your team. This is a busy, target-driven environment where attention to process, people development, and service delivery are key. You'll be the kind of manager who's out on the floor, coaching, supporting, and improving, not just directing from the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve daily operational targets.
• Drive performance through clear communication, training, and coaching.
• Manage workflow, labour planning, and resource allocation across the shift.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational standards.
• Implement and improve processes to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external customers.

About You

• Proven experience in warehouse shift management.
• Experience of working in a Logistics business - essential
• Confident managing to KPIs, targets, and customer expectations.
• A hands‑on leader who leads by example, motivates teams, and develops people.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Process‑driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
