Are you an engaging, hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced Logistics environment? We re looking for an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to join a dynamic logistics business, leading one of the warehouse shift teams to deliver outstanding service and performance for customers.

The Role

You Ll take ownership of a warehouse shift operation, driving performance, safety and engagement across your team. This is a busy, target-driven environment where attention to process, people development, and service delivery are key.

Depending on the shift, your focus may be on:

• Leading a larger, established team
• Managing a smaller team delivering against tight customer SLAs and demanding KPIs.

Either way, you Ll be the kind of manager who s out on the floor, coaching, supporting, and improving, not just directing from the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve daily operational targets.
• Drive performance through clear communication, training, and coaching.
• Manage workflow, labour planning, and resource allocation across the shift.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational standards.
• Implement and improve processes to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external customers.
