Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a large operational team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement projects while managing planning and budgets.
• Strong communication skills with on-site engagement focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational activities in your area for the duration of the shift to achieve the work plan on time and in line with budget and KPIs
• Drive performance through effective monitoring of coaching and performance
• Review all aspects of shift performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Lead the team on shift proactively to motivate high performance, develop positive engagement and good communication across the operation
• Management of the warehouse training requirement and function
