AG Barr is seeking a Warehouse Shift Leader in Cumbernauld to manage the day-to-day warehouse operations on a weekly rotational early/back shift. You will lead a team of Team Leaders, drive throughput in line with budgeted volumes, and ensure stock accuracy and timely orders, while upholding safety and quality standards.
You will work with the site management team to meet KPIs, maintain SOPs, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a busy distribution environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the leadership team based in Cumbernauld as Warehouse Shift Leader. Reporting to the Head of Warehousing, you will have responsibility for managing the Team Leaders and supporting all aspects of the day to day shift operation, including the wholesale and rework warehouse operations. Working on a weekly rotational early/back shift pattern, your main responsibility will be ensuring that safety first is always our first priority. Controlling volume throughput across the site and maintaining site utilisation in line with budgeted volumes whilst ensuring all stock/orders are fulfilled within the required lead-times, and level of customer service, while adhering to standard operating procedures and safe systems of work. You will develop and maintain site standard operating procedures in line with ISO standards ensuring an excellent level of hygiene and housekeeping is maintained. Working closely and collaboratively with the local site management team you will be tasked with delivering against agreed budgeted financial targets, operational key performance indicators, quality, safety and environmental requirements as well as legislative and regulatory compliance.
