An FMCG company based in Telford is seeking a Warehouse Shift Coordinator to oversee daily operations and ensure team performance. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and effective communication abilities. Role Description

• Maintain safe working practices and environment.
• Organising staffing schedules.
• Understand warehouse compliance regulations.
• Stock control, material flow and fleet management.
• Safe, accurate and effective storage of goods.
• Oversee team performance and fleet utilisation.
• Daily control of goods in/out process.
• Identify and report training requirements.
• Assisting with investigation reports, effectively ensuring H&S adherence.
• Ensure communication throughout the team.
