Job summary

IKEA Exeter is seeking Warehouse Replenishment Assistants to join our reliable fulfilment team. In IKEA this role is known as a Fulfillment Operations Co-worker, helping us keep shelves stocked and products available for customers.

Roles include early-morning shifts with weekend options and a night shift allowance. We offer a friendly, team-based environment with development opportunities and generous employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred in a busy environment.
• Manual handling experience is a plus.
• Experience working with IT systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to prioritise and organise workload with attention to detail.
• Motivation and initiative; capable to work independently or in a team.
• Due to health and safety regulations all applicants must be over the age of 18.

Responsibilities

• Perform stock replenishment in warehouse and shop floor; heavy manual handling.
• Contribute to goods availability with accurate on-time replenishment using systems.
• Operate around heavy machinery such as forklifts safely.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for customers and co-workers.

We at IKEA Exeter are looking to welcome Warehouse Replenishment Assistants to join our reliable fulfilment team. In Ikea this role is known as a Fulfillment Operations Co-worker.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Start Date of employment will be 31st October 2026.
• Hourly rate of £13.45 per hour.
• 30 hours per week working 5 days out of 7 and3 out of 4 weekends. Working hours between 03:00am - 10:00am.
• 16 hours per week working 3 days out of 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends. Working hours between 03:00am - 10:00am.
• 12 hours per week working 2 out of 7 Saturday & Sunday (weekend only). Working hours between 03:00am - 10:00am.
• Additional nightshift allowance of £2.25 per hour when working between the hours of 22:00pm - 06:00am.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• Previous retail experience preferred, including significant manual handling, within a busy, physically active environment.
• Experience working with IT systems with the ability to learn new IT systems/technologies quickly and good analytical skills.
• Ability to priorities and organise your workload swiftly and with attention to detail.
• Motivation and initiative, with the ability to contribute both on your own and as part of the team.
• Due to health and safety regulations all applicants must be over the age of 18.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Performing stock replenishment in our warehouse and shop floor, this is a heavy manual handling role.
• Contribute to the highest goods availability through accurate and on-time replenishment, using systems provided.
• Working with or around heavy machinery, such as, Forklift trucks, counterbalance, pump trucks, to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers.
