Role Overview

There's a permanent opportunity for a Bid Coordinator to work within our established bids team here at Dalkia UK. This role will be a hybrid position, with expectations to work out of our London office at least 1‑2 days a week, and occasional travel to our other offices and sites.

Responsibilities
  • Compile RFI/PQQ and SQ responses using company information and the Bid Library.
  • Engage with Bid Writers to prepare detailed answers where required.
  • Maintain the Bid Library and company information, updating statistics and other data with relevant departments.
  • Conduct mini research projects into potential clients using the internet and other sources to support the team with opportunity information.
Qualifications
  • High level of attention to detail, excellent writing skills, and strong presentation and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management.
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • High level of writing and formatting skills.
