We're now looking for a Warehouse Trainer.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Shift pattern: week 1 Monday-Friday week 2 rest day during the week and 1 weekend day
• Carry out Induction Training for all new staff
• Ensure mandatory training is up to date and meets the legal requirements, including Health & Safety, Fire and COSHH.
• Maintain up to date and accurate training records for all employees.
• Conduct training for new starters and refresher training for existing colleagues on Warehouse systems and procedures.
• Working with site H&S, HR & all Warehouse Management to achieve training targets.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have previous warehouse experience as this is essential
• Previous experience of training within a warehouse environment is preferable
• Manual handling experience is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
