Job summary

Frontier Agriculture is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join the Cranswick site on a permanent, full-time basis. You will handle receipt, storage, picking and dispatch of goods, working as part of a team to maintain safety, quality and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with team and site management.
• Safety-conscious with understanding of safe working practices.
• Customer-focused with compliance awareness and procedural discipline.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs while maintaining service.
• Ability to follow instructions and use initiative when appropriate.
• Full UK driving licence and IT proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with warehouse/stock systems desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Unloading, checking and booking in incoming deliveries.
• Picking and preparing products for packing and dispatch.
• Storing raw materials and finished goods in racking.
• Placing orders onto vehicles and preparing them for dispatch.
• Maintaining records and documentation to meet Health and Safety and Quality procedures.
• Ensuring site hygiene and housekeeping standards.
• Stock checks and assisting with stock takes as required.
• Providing support across site operations during peak and non-peak periods.
