Gear4Music in York is hiring a Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer on a fixed-term contract until January 2027. Trainable, reliable and team‑oriented individuals are encouraged to apply.

The role offers 40 hours per week and full training to prepare you for goods‑in, storage, picking, packing and dispatch for UK and international orders. Starting pay is £12.71 per hour with benefits; rotating early and late shifts and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Able to work in a busy distribution environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Move stock through goods-in, storage, picking and dispatch.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized workspace.
• Support colleagues and warehouse operations as needed.
