Job summary

Seasalt is seeking a Warehouse Assistant for our Distribution Centre in Cardrew Industrial Estate, Redruth. You will efficiently pick and pack orders, replenish stock, and ensure accurate despatches to meet targets.

The role is a 3-month fixed-term contract working 37.5 hours per week with shifts 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm. You will handle unloading deliveries, stock control, and maintain a safe, tidy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to work to deadlines and KPIs.
• Willingness to follow health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Efficient picking and packing of orders.
• Replenishment and stock checking.
• Receiving, booking in and despatching stock.
• Maintain tidy, safe warehouse areas.
• Support with unloading deliveries on occasion.
