Cold Work, Hot Opportunity! We're recruiting reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operativesto join a busy chilled warehouse teamin Barnsley. Whether you’re looking for full-time this flexible role could be the perfect fit.

Please Note: Due to shift finish times, you must live locally or have your own transport.

The Role (Responsibilities)

• Picking and packing chilled goods accurately and efficiently

• Working to targets and following health & safety procedures

• Keeping the work area clean and organised

• Ensuring products are handled with care

PayRate: £12.73/hr up to 18:00 - £15.91/hr after 18:00

Christmas Bonus

• Attendance Bonus from: £2.50 - £3.50/hr extra on certain days.

• Performance Bonus from: £2.50 - £3.50/hr extra on certain days.

On top of the above, you could also get:

• If you do all your planned shifts another attendance bonus: £125 paid in January

• If your performance targets are hit: £100 paid in January

Potential to earn:

• Days up to: £19.73

• Nights up to: £22.92

• Weekend Days up to: £20.16

• Weekend Nights up to: £24.19

Hours of work as a full time Warehouse Operative are:

• 16:00pm till finish – Minimum of 6 hours. (there is no set finish time, in which you will need to be fully flexible)

• Start times might vary during peak – Start window from 14:00-18:00

• Working any 5 days out 7 (must be flexible)
