Job description

Warehouse Picker

Location: Tewkesbury

Salary: £12.80 p/h

Contract: Temp-perm

Days worked: Monday - Saturday

Hours: Minimum of 37.5 hours per week, five shifts on a rota basis

Shift Times: 0700 - 1630, 0900 - 1830; Saturdays one shift 0700 - 1600 with flexibility to stay longer on shift if required.

Overtime: Overtime pay after 40 hours at 1.25 x standard pay

Day to day duties will include:

• Warehouse picking from pick sheets.
• Operate to strict Health & Safety policies and procedures
• Meet challenging targets for product quality and efficiency
• Work flexibility and effectively as part of a team or individually
• Assist in continuous improvement activities
• Work methodically with good housekeeping and hygiene standards

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:

• Good mechanical aptitude (Desirable)

• Must own transport due to the location of the company
