Job summary

Response Personnel Ltd is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative in Luton on a potential temp to perm basis with a clear path to permanent employment. The role offers 37.5 hours per week at a competitive hourly rate.

You will join the client\'s warehouse team to perform essential duties and support daily operations, including picking and packing, goods in, loading and unloading, and stock takes.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience essential.
• Competence in pick and pack.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Flexible approach to working hours; shifts may vary (e.g. 08:30-17:00 or 09:00-17:30) with occasional Saturday cover.
• Temp to perm opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items.
• Goods in processes.
• Loading and unloading duties.
• Stock takes and cycle counts.
• Support the wider team with ad hoc duties as required.
