Job summary

DSV in Hounslow is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join the team supporting non-bonded customers. You will handle inbound/outbound freight on the warehouse floor using GXD system and WMS, perform loading/unloading with forklift, and assist with admin tasks as required.

The role requires warehouse experience, PC literacy, and strong English communication. You will be part of a 160,000-strong global network and will contribute to accurate handling, timely processing, and customer service

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment is required.
• Must be PC literate and able to use basic software.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Good timekeeping and attendance.
• Desirable: basic geographical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound freight using GXD system and WMS.
• Book in freight using GXD system and WMS.
• Process outbound freight using GXD system and WMS.
• Load and unload vehicles using forklift.
• Sort and split freight per customer SOPs.
• Manage the mailbox and respond to inquiries from internal departments and customers.
