Job summary

The Job People Ltd is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for the Fradley Park, Lichfield area. The role offers a choice of shifts: morning 6:00–14:30 or afternoon 14:00–22:30, with weekly pay and a rate of £12.96 per hour.

You will load and unload vehicles, pick and scan orders, stack goods on pallets and work as part of a small team using pump trucks and RF scanners. Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage; training will be provided, and there are odd days or afternoons

Qualifications

• Goods in / Goods out
• Previous warehouse experience would be an advantage or in logistics distribution and supply chain
• Use of Pump Trucks or PPT Trucks
• Training will also be provided

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading vehicles
• General warehouse duties - order picking and scanning goods
• Stacking goods onto pallets
• Using a pump truck and RF Scanner
• Working as part of a team
• Physical work - some 2 man lifting
