Baxter Compounding in Oxford is looking for a Warehouse Operator. As a Senior Technician equivalent, the main purpose of the role is to take ownership of the assembly area, and lead 1 or 2 other production technicians and/or production assistants to deliver on Team Leader instructions.

The role will be working between Monday and Friday 3pm-11pm.

Responsibilities
  • Process and load Baxter goods and Raw Materials for Assembly
  • Ensuring assembly is kept well organized
  • Locate raw materials in Assembly/Warehouse as required
  • Ensuring all stock is prepped and gassed in accordance with SOPs and sterility assurance guidance
  • Ensuring stock is gassed on time, and loads/Transfer chambers are used as efficiently as possible
  • Ensuring all isolators are fully stocked with what they need for uninterrupted manufacture
  • Ensuring stock is evenly distributed throughout isolators to minimize production impact in case of a breach
  • Liaising with stores team to ensure stock flows efficiently from stores to assembly
  • To support in day to day running of the Assembly/Warehouse duties
  • Being able to work as part of cross functional team and learn various jobs in Assembly/Warehouse areas to support the business
  • Comply with EHS/GMP/GDP company & corporate policies and external regulatory requirements
  • To notify Quality assurance, Team Leaders and Supervisors of any deviations from the process
  • Replenish Stock locations when needed
  • Support training in assembly, ideally as an On the Job Trainer (OJT)
Qualifications and Experience
  • Required: English minimum equivalent to RQF Grade 2, EQF Grade 3 or SCQF Grade 5
  • Ability to use Windows based computer systems
  • Previous experience in a GMP environment would be a plus but not required
