About the role

Our Digital Solutions business is continually developing cutting‑edge technologies that are transforming the Mining and Infrastructure sectors. We are seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our team in Tewkesbury, United Kingdom. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations across goods receipt, storage, assembly, and dispatch. You will work closely with production and supply chain teams to maintain inventory accuracy, prepare kits, and support quality assurance processes.

What you will be doing
  • Receiving raw materials and booking them into the system, recording PO and batch numbers.
  • Performing visual inspections and basic quality checks using gauges and measuring equipment (training provided).
  • Handling supplier returns and inspecting returned rental equipment for re‑issue.
  • Cleaning and preparing rental equipment for re‑issue.
  • Storing components and finished goods, maintaining accurate stock records.
  • Kitting components for production and restocking materials as required.
  • Performing small mechanical and electrical assembly tasks (e.g., chargers, battery packs, tool stands).
  • Configuring goods, including tablet setup.
  • Picking and packing goods for dispatch, ensuring correct serial numbers, voltage checks, and proper packaging to prevent damage.
  • Managing paperwork for goods out and internal storage, including shipping labels and dangerous goods identification.
  • Liaising with transportation companies and couriers.
  • Maintaining housekeeping standards.
What you will bring
  • GCSE or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing or stores operations.
  • Technical assembly or assembly line experience highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
