Job summary

Cummins in the United Kingdom is seeking a warehouse operative for a 24-month fixed term contract. You will help maximize efficiency across inbound and outbound operations, ensure accurate order fulfilment, and uphold quality and safety standards on a 37.5-hour week.

You will rotate across shift patterns, including days and afternoons, with regular weekend overtime opportunities. Training is provided to support growth and skill development.

Salary - £26,973.00 per annum (£13.83ph) plus 19% shift allowance. Salary increases after 6 months.

Working Hours : 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, plus regular weekend overtime opportunities.

Shifts: Will need to be fully flexible to work across the following shift patterns:

• Days : 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM or 6:45 AM - 2:45 PM (must be flexible for both due to business needs).
• Afternoons : 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
