Overview

Warehouse Operator / Forklift Operator – Temporary to permanent position. £13.25 per hour. Days role working 9am to 6.30pm (Mon to Fri). Based in Warmley, Bristol. On site parking, 28 days holiday, pension.

Role

We are recruiting a Warehouse Operator / Forklift Operator to join a leading and successful distribution company based in Warmley, Bristol. Working as part of a small team, this would suit someone who has previously worked in a busy warehouse environment. FLT licence would be ideal, but training would be provided. You must also hold a full UK driving licence.

Duties

• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Putting stock away accurately
• Picking, packing and despatch work
• Palletising goods to be loaded onto vehicles for outgoing deliveries (ensuring loaded in route order)
• General warehouse work

Requirements / Qualifications

• Some previous experience working in a warehouse role
• Basic IT skills
• Good communication skills, ability to use initiative and prioritise workload
• FLT licence would be an advantage – however training will be provided
• Full UK driving licence
