Job Title: Warehouse Operator
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm / Friday: 8:00am – 3:30pm

About the Role

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operators to join a fast-growing manufacturer of high-quality continence care products. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and expanding team working in a clean, organised warehouse environment.

As a Warehouse Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring goods are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched to meet customer demands. You’ll help keep the warehouse running efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload deliveries
• Move stock around the warehouse using manual handling techniques
• Perform stock checks and report discrepancies
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organised
• Follow company procedures and health & safety guidelines
• Work collaboratively with other team members and supervisors

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and standing for long periods
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is desirable but not essential
