Job summary

Warehousingsolutions in the East Midlands is seeking warehouse operatives for flexible full- and part-time shifts. You will take delivery of goods, sign delivery notes, check for damage, unload using hand tools or forklift, and stock items. You will keep accurate records on a computer and perform regular stock checks.

Weekends, weekly pay, and a company pension/medical coverage package are available. Ideal candidates are reliable, honest, and able to work alone or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Take delivery of goods and sign the delivery notes or receipts.
• Check goods for missing or damaged items.
• Unload goods by hand, with trolleys or forklift trucks.
• Stack goods in the correct place.
• Keep records of goods, normally on a computer.
• Carry out stock control on a regular basis.
• Sometimes selling items to customers.
• Picking, weighing or packing goods that have to be sent out.
• Keep the work areas clean and tidy.

The Offer

Full and Part time work is available.

PAYE or Self Employed roles.

Paid on a weekly basis.

Weekends are available.

Starting with £19.50 hour on days and £22.50 hour on nights. Overtime and bank holidays are paid at £25.50 hour.

• keeping records of goods, normally on a computer
• carrying out stock control on a regular basis
• sometimes selling items to customers
• picking, weighing or packing goods that have to be sent out
• keeping the work areas clean and tidy.
