Consultora Excelsior is hiring Warehouse Operatives for an on-site role in Milton Keynes. The position covers order picking, voice-activated picking with training, and operation of light machinery. Shifts include AM, PM, and Night with overtime opportunities and a permanent contract.

You will be expected to follow standard SOPs, maintain safety, and deliver accurate, timely results. This role offers weekly pay, pension, and employee status with room to grow within the company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Order picking of products according to instructions.
• Operate voice-activated picking system with training provided.

• Perform some heavy lifting (up to 5 kg) as part of duties.
• Adhere to standard warehouse procedures and company policy.
• Maintain high health and safety standards and report concerns.

• Order picking products
• Picking using a voice automated system - training provided
• Use mechanically operated equipment
• Will include some heavy lifting ( max 5 kg)
• Work to standard Warehouse operating procedures in line with company policy.
• Maintain high levels of Health and Safety awareness and report any areas of concern.

Warehouse Operative role details:

Salary: £19.80 - AM shift; £22.80 - PM shift; £25.80 - Night shift

Overtime £27.25/h AM -shift; £28.50/h -PM shift; £33.75/h -Night

Fixed shift AM 06:00-14:00 / PM 14:00-22:00 / Night 22:00-06:00

Location: MILTON KEYNES

Duration: permanent

You will be given a 12-week rota and be expected to work 5 days from 7, with the opportunity to work additional hours and days

As a Warehouse Operative, you will need to have:

• Good communication skills
• Able to follow instructions
• Ability to give attention to detail
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative or picker packer is an advantage, but not essential.
