Job summary

Warehousing Solutions Ltd in Wakefield is seeking Stockroom Controllers for immediate start. Roles include 45+ hours per week full-time with overtime, and part-time options up to 20 hours. Pay starts at £20.25/hour for day shifts, £25.50/hour nights, and £28.50/hour for overtime and bank holidays.

Roles can be PAYE or Self-Employed, with weekly pay or monthly payment options. Duties include receiving deliveries, stock checks, unloading, stock control, picking and packing, and maintaining tidy

Qualifications

• Experience with stock control and inventory management.
• Ability to keep accurate records and use a computer for stock checks.
• Ability to perform manual handling and operate forklift trucks if required.

Responsibilities

• Take delivery of goods and sign delivery notes.
• Check goods for missing or damaged items.
• Unload goods by hand or using forklift trucks.
• Stack goods in correct locations and keep records up to date.
• Carry out stock control on a regular basis.
• Pick, weigh or pack goods for dispatch.
• Keep work areas clean and tidy.

Stockroom Controllers wanted for a quick start this month Wakefield.

Full time available 45 hours + week ( lots of overtime available)

Part time up to 20 hours per week

Starting with £20.25 hour on days, £25.50 hour on nights and £28.50 for overtime and any bank holidays that you work

PAYE or Self-Employed roles.

Paid each week on Friday or we can pay you on a monthly basis.

The Work

You could be:

• taking delivery of goods and signing the delivery notes or receipts
• checking goods for missing or damaged items
• unloading goods by hand, with trolleys or forklift trucks
• stacking goods in the correct place
• keeping records of goods, normally on a computer
• carrying out stock control on a regular basis
• picking, weighing or packing goods that have to be sent out
• keeping the work areas clean and tidy.
